What to do when goods are damaged upon arrival?
It is our responsibility to package your order carefully and we strive to do our very best. However, if you find that goods have been damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. You can do so by emailing email@example.com and referencing your invoice number (can be found on your invoice). Together, we will find a solution.
