Description
The original finds this brooch is based on were found in modern day South-Germany and date back to the Merovingian Era. The original was decorated with garnet stones and was probably very expensive, in the modern-day replica these gemstones have been replaced with glazed glass that mimics the original decoration perfectly.ย
The Merovingian rosette brooch โ large is 0.8 cm thick and has a diameter of 3.5 cm. It is available in both a bronze and silver-plated option.
