Medieval leather pouch extra large – black

Description

This extra large black drawstring pouch is perfectly suited for a lot of occasions. Pouches like this one were already widely in use during the classical era, but were also very common in the Viking age, medieval period, and were still being used in early-modern society.

Historically, a lot of a person’s belongings were in the pouch(es) on their belt, since pockets in clothing were not common yet. Pouches and bags were available in all sorts, colours and sizes, and were also a way of showing one’s wealth. 

The Medieval leather pouch extra large has a diameter of ca. 30 cm and when closed, measures 12 x 9 cm. The pouch is made of leather and available in a variety of colours.
