This pair of dragon-shaped cloak clasps is inspired by archaeological examples from the Viking Age. The eyelets on the edge of the clasp make hand sewing it on a garment relatively easy.
A single pair of cloak clasps can for example be used to close a kaftan, hood or cloak at the top front, but several pairs can also be used in a row to close tighter fitting garments, like a jerkin, dress or doublet.
A pair of Cloak Clasps – Viking Dragon measures 9.5 x 2.0 cm. They are available in bronze and, for a surcharge, a silver plated option.
